Business Process Analyst

Roles & responsibilities

• Apply solid analytical ability to understand business needs, discover processes, and translate them into process models and operational requirements.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulations.

• Research, document processes, identify issues and recommend process improvements.

• Develop relationships with both technical and business stakeholders with the goal of improving processes and operations.

• Develop and run test scripts, and document results in functional reports.

• Conduct periodic process reviews to ensure process maturity and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science or a related field.

• 2+ years of industry work experience or equivalent.

• Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), preferably BPMN 2.

• Basic understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management, and test automation.

• Exceptionally strong understanding of fundamentals and problem solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
