Apply solid analytical ability to understand business needs, discover processes, and translate them into process models and operational requirements.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulations.
Research, document processes, identify issues and recommend process improvements.
Develop relationships with both technical and business stakeholders with the goal of improving processes and operations.
Develop and run test scripts, and document results in functional reports.
Conduct periodic process reviews to ensure process maturity and updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science or a related field.
2+ years of industry work experience or equivalent.
Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), preferably BPMN 2.
Basic understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management, and test automation.
Exceptionally strong understanding of fundamentals and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
